Living Cling Free in the RV

8/14/2013: Day 146

We’re back to being “peachy!”

We made it back to the Peach State this evening after our whirlwind trip to Virginia and then a two day stop over in Gatlinburg.  Whew!  It’s good to be back to our simple life and home on wheels!

Being in Virginia felt like home in more ways than one.  Not only were we back at our “old home” but we camped!  It’s just so much fun we can’t seem to get enough!  My family had their campers on the river and we had such a good time sitting around the fire, fishing, and of course…eating.   So, for lack of time, here’s the past 5 days in pictures…

What started out as innocent fun on the swing set…

(I think you know where this is going) Turned into MUD MANIA!!!

“Um, do I have something on my face??”

“You get a line and I’ll get a pole, honey…”

Sittin’ round the camp…

And our Gatlinburg getaway…

Oconaluftee Visitor Center.  Awesome stop. And it’s FREE!

Of course we stood there and sang “Dooley.”  🙂

Our surprise as we were leaving…turned around and went back for some great shots (if only I meant with a gun).

And last but definitely not least…my birthday dessert.  White. Chocolate. Raspberry. Cheesecake. Need I say more?     😉
